I completely agree with your thoughts concerning the AdWords program.
But just one update:
Actually from the 6th of May, you can bid on trademarked terms if your AdWords campaign targets UK. but you still can&#039;t insert trademarks in your ad texts http://ads-optimization.com/adwords/adwords-policy/using-trademarks-as-keywords.html
